Promises, promises
2011-01-03
Remove R Comic (aka rm -r comic), by Gary Marks: Promises, promises
Dialog:
I'm resolved to finish this comic.

Panel 1
Hope: Well, another year has past, anyone have any resolutions or promises for the new year?
Jane: I promise I'll get a pony.
Jacob: And I'm resolved to make one million dollars!
Hope: Uh, that's not what I meant. I meant promises or resolutions to better oneself.
Jacob: Well then. I promis to stop listening to your clarifications.

A whole new year
Gary
Yes, another calendar has turned, and I'm still doing the comic.Hopefully some of your are finding it fun. Today marks the end of my vacation, and the start up of work again. It was a productive vacation. I was able to redo the site, start, play, and finish Bioshock 2 (I recommend it, it's a good story and fun game play, but I recommend you choose one level harder than you think is ideal for you). We were also able to raise some money for Child's Play. I'd like to thank those where gave here. I was also able to catch up on some of my comic book titles (the comics I read).

Thursday I fly back to Chicago for a week, but I'm going to try and get the comics for the time I'm away done and uploaded before I fly out.

Since it's a new year, I'd like to look back at the comic and see what can be improved/what people like about it or dislike about it. So, if you have some free time, shoot me an email and let me know your thoughts. What do you want to see improved? What would you like to see me continue forward with? Etc. The more feedback I get, the better I can make the comic over the next year.

Well, I guess that's all I've got for now. Time to get a little rest before work starts back up.
