Eye Exams
In all eye exams, I think this is happening. Once the image is no longer changing, the doctor has probably stepped out of the room for a cigarette break. Press play, walk out, "One or two? Three or four? Five or six? One or two?" THEY'RE ALL THE SAME! Sadly, they aren't all the same, they're just different types of broken.
